3 Resume Tips for Aspiring Amazon VAs

1. Show proof, not personality
Clients don’t hire based on “hardworking” or “fast learner.”
They look for evidence.

Include:
- tools you actually used (Keepa, SellerAmp, Google Sheets)
- real tasks you performed (product research, sourcing, analysis)
- measurable results if available

2. Keep it simple, clear, and one page

Busy ang clients.
They scan, not read.

Use:
- clear headings
- short bullet points
- direct wording

If they understand your value in 10 seconds,
malaki ang chance na ma-shortlist ka.

3. Align your resume with the Amazon role

Generic VA resume = madaling ma-ignore.

Customize it for Amazon by highlighting:
- product research experience
- understanding of ROI, fees, and demand
- familiarity with Amazon tools and workflows

A strong resume doesn’t try to impress.
It makes the client think one simple thing:

“This person can help my business.”

Success will separate noise from truth.

Sa simula ng VA journey,
Maingay ang paligid.

Iba’t ibang advice.
Iba’t ibang strategy.
Iba’t ibang opinyon kung pano “dapat” gawin.

Kung sino ang susundan.
Kung anong tool ang kailangan.
Kung gaano kabilis dapat ang result.

Natural lang ’yon.
Because when you are still building,

Unti-unti mong nakikilala
kung alin ang ingay…
at alin ang totoo.

Noise is loud but shallow.
Puro hype.
Puro shortcuts.
Puro promise ng mabilis na success.

Truth is quiet but steady.
Real skills.
Real results.

Because clarity replaces comparison.
Direction replaces distraction.
Purpose replaces pressure.

Dito nagsisimula ang tunay na maturity
sa Amazon VA journey.

Hindi na ang paramihan ng tools.
Hindi na pabilisan ng kita.
Hindi na palakasan ng ingay.

Kundi laliman ng value
At impact sa business ng clients mo.

And this is the quiet power of real success.

Kasi, when success becomes real,
Kusang nawawala ang ingay…
At natitira lang ang totoo. 🧡

POV: You pray differently now.

I used to pray for chances.
For open doors.
For one opportunity that could finally change everything.

Back then, prayer sounded urgent and self-centered.
Like I was always trying to catch up to a life
that felt just out of reach.

And again, nothing wrong with that.
When you are starting with very little,
Hope naturally sounds loud.

But time has a way of changing
not just your situation…
But your perspective.

Some prayers get answered.
Some doors open.
Some seasons slowly turn in your favor.

And without noticing the exact moment it happened,
You realize your prayers are no longer centered
on getting somewhere else.

They become quieter.
More grounded.
Less about chances…
more about character, wisdom, and direction.

You still ask.
But you don’t beg.

You still hope.
But you’re not afraid anymore.

Because you now carry evidence
that you are being guided
even when the path is not clear.

So the prayer changes.

From
“Give me a chance.”

To
“Help me steward what I already have.”

From
“Open a door.”

To
“Make me ready for the doors You choose.”

And that shift is subtle,
But it says everything about growth.

Not louder faith.
Not bigger words.
Just a steadier heart.

Maybe maturity is not measured
by how much your life improved…

But by how much your prayers evolved
along the way.

And one day you notice it clearly,
almost with a quiet smile:

You no longer pray for chances.
You pray with trust.

Soft Skills Needed as an Amazon VA

Sa Amazon world,

at kung bakit sila tumataas ang rate over time.

Here are the core soft skills every Amazon VA must build.

1. Clear Communication
Hindi kailangang perfect English.
Pero kailangan clear, direct, and professional.

Clients value VAs who can:
- explain findings simply
- ask the right questions
- give honest updates

Because confusion costs money in Amazon.

2. Attention to Detail

Amazon is very sensitive to errors.

Wrong variation.
Wrong supplier.
Wrong fees.

Small mistake = real loss.

Kaya strong Amazon VAs are naturally careful and precise,
not just fast.

3. Ownership Mindset

Hindi lang “task done.”
Real value comes from thinking:

“How does this help the business?”

Clients trust VAs who:
- flag risks early
- suggest improvements
- take responsibility for results

4. Consistency and Reliability

Sa freelancing, reliability is currency.

Showing up on time.
Submitting work when promised.
Being dependable even on normal days.

Hindi kailangan magaling agad.
Mas importante ang consistent.

5. Problem-Solving Thinking

Amazon work is rarely perfect.

May:
- out-of-stock issues
- price drops
- eligibility problems
- listing conflicts

Strong VAs don’t panic.
They analyze, adjust, and move forward.

6. Time Management

Walang boss na nagbabantay.
Ikaw ang system mo.

You must learn to:
- prioritize high-impact tasks
- avoid distractions
- finish work within the schedule

Freedom without time discipline becomes stress.

7. Professional Humility

Even skilled VAs still:
- receive corrections
- adjust to client preferences
- keep learning new systems

Growth in Amazon requires confidence with humility.

Technical skills can get you hired.
Soft skills are what make clients stay.

Because in the end,
Clients are not only looking for someone who knows tools.

They are looking for someone they can trust with their business.

And trust is built through soft skills shown consistently...
every single day.

Freedom is heavier than employment.

No boss.
No time-in.
Hawak mo oras mo.

Parang puro gaan.
Parang puro advantage.

Freedom is not lighter.
Mas mabigat siya.

Sa employment, may structure na nakaabang.
May siguradong sweldo.
May system na sasalo kapag nagkamali ka.
May direction na hindi ikaw ang nagde-decide.

Sa freedom, ikaw lahat.

Ikaw ang gagawa ng disiplina
Kahit walang nagbabantay.

Ikaw ang hahanap ng client
kahit walang kasiguraduhan.

Ikaw ang sasalo ng pressure
kapag may bills, deadlines, and expectations.

Walang sisihin.
Walang pagtataguan.
Ikaw ang desisyon.
Ikaw ang resulta.

At doon mo maiintindihan
na ang totoong bigat ng freedom
ay hindi oras…
kundi responsibility.

Responsibility to grow your skills.
Responsibility to protect your reputation.

Freedom is not comfort.
Freedom is capacity.

Capacity to carry more.
Capacity to decide more.
Capacity to build a life...

If you want repeatable and scalable Amazon deals,
you need to learn brand sourcing.

Ito yung shift from
“hanap lang ng random products”
to building a smarter, more reliable sourcing strategy.

With the right approach:

• Nakakapili ka ng brands with real demand and stable pricing
• Nakakahanap ka ng authorized sellers and official suppliers
• Na-che-check mo kung may totoong margin after fees and VAT
• Na-validate mo ang competition, Amazon presence, at eligibility bago pa bumili

So instead of guessing deals one by one…
you start working with trusted brands

And that’s how Amazon VAs move from
manual searching
to strategic sourcing.

Gusto mong makita paano ginagawa step-by-step?
Check the photos and study the tips inside.
This is one of the skills that can level up your entire Amazon VA journey.

POV: You stopped panicking about money.

There was a time when money felt like an emergency every single day.
Real pressure.
Real deadlines.
Real uncertainty.

Mas tumindi pa nung sabay sabay dumating ang hospital bills at bills sa bahay.

Hindi na lang siya numbers.
May kasama nang kaba.
May tanong kung kakayanin pa ba.

Pero kahit ganoon,
tuloy lang ang galaw.

Work.
Try again.
Keep going.
Kahit maliit ang progress, basta may usad.

Then slowly, something changed.

Hindi biglaan.
Walang dramatic moment.
Dahan dahan lang.
Tahimik.
Totoo.

Unti-unting nababayaran ang bills.
Mas nagiging firm ang decisions.
Mas mahimbing ang tulog sa gabi.

At doon mo mapapansin…
Hindi lang sitwasyon ang nagbago.
Ikaw din.

You realize the real miracle was never becoming rich.

The real miracle was becoming steady.

Not fear controlling me.
Not worrying about tomorrow.
Not panicking about bills.

At may kakaibang gaan
kapag alam mong

Kundi yung simpleng katotohanang
hindi ka na nabubuhay sa fear mode.

Because once you experience that kind of peace,
You begin to understand something simple but powerful.

This was never just about money.
It was always about
learning how to live without constant fear. 🧡
