Kasalukuyang nangangailangan ng mga aplikante ang Bright Minds Institute of Knowledge and Skills, Inc. mula sa Brgy. SIMMINUBLAN, DALLIPAWEN, NAMATACAN, GRULLO at ALUSIIS, upang maging iskolar sa “Basic Welding Course- Leading to Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC1 at Advanced Welding Course NCII”, funded by the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP).

Kung ikaw ay isang Out-of-School Youth, o kaya walang kasalukuyang trabaho pero interesado, wala pang kahit anong TESDA NCII CERTIFICATES, at physically and mentally fit. Baka para saiyo na ito Kailyan!.

Ang mga 20 Kwalipikadong iskolar ay makakatanggap ng:
