Nutrition Month 2026!
NUTRISYON AT KALIKASAN ATING PANGALAGAAN.

To celebrate, our Grade 12 Cookery students prepared a variety of vegetable dishes using five essential culinary techniques: boiling, steaming, sautéing, frying, and braising. Through this hands-on activity, students learned how to preserve essential nutrients, master vegetable cookery, and create appealing presentations. After all, great cooking balances excellent flavor with optimal health benefits.

Check out the delicious, healthy dishes they created, including fresh veggie rolls, flavorful mixed vegetables, and crispy veggie patties. Eating nutritious food is never boring!

This activity serves as a wonderful reminder that choosing nutritious meals helps us stay strong and well. Let’s continue to embrace healthy eating, one delicious plate at a time! 🥦🥧

‎NUTRISYON AT KALIKASAN, ATING PANGALAGAAN
‎
‎
‎In observance of Nutrition Month, the Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) Department, headed by Mrs. Josephine R. Caralde along with other TLE teachers, held an essay writing activity centered on the value of proper nutrition and healthy living.
‎
‎This activity gives students the opportunity to express their understanding of a balanced diet, food safety, and good health habits while applying the knowledge and skills learned in TLE. It aims to raise awareness, encourage wise food choices, and inspire learners to share these healthy practices with their families and the entire school community.

30/06/2026

Feeding Program (SBFP) orientation highlights the partnership between parents and the school. It emphasizes proper nutrition to support learners' health and academic performance.

"Nourished Learners, Brighter Futures!" 🌟

"Lead with Pride, Stand with Equality." & "Honoring the Past, Inspiring the Future."

As the month of June unfolds, we celebrate not only the colourful of Pride Month but also the freedom of Independence Month.

The colours of the LGBTQ+ flag proudly stands for love, acceptance, and equality. Pride is more than a celebration—it's a reminder that everyone deserves respect, acceptance, and a place where they can truly belong. In a world that often asks us to fit in to the societies standard, may we always have the potential to be ourselves. Because the most beautiful colors are the ones that shine without fear.

And now, we celebrate the courage, sacrifice, and unity that gave us our freedom we inspire. Freedom was never given—it was fought for. Today, let us continue to honor our heroes by serving our nation with pride and purpose. The story of our nation is written through the bravery of its people and for us to honor that legacy through our actions and service.

Inclusion Starts with Us.
Stand Proud. Be Kind. Always Shine.
