𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀 𝗣. 𝗟𝗮𝗽𝘂𝘇 qualified for the 𝘙𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘚𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘭 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 after securing 3rd place in 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 (English) while 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗖. 𝗔𝗴𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶 placed 5th in 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗺 (English) during the Provincial School Press Conference Final Rounds held on December 12, 2025, at Lydia Villangca Trade School, San Rafael, Bulacan.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀 𝗣. 𝗟𝗮𝗽𝘂𝘇 placed 4𝘵𝘩 in 𝘍𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘞𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 (English), while 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗖. 𝗔𝗴𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶 emerged as 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘪𝘰𝘯 in 𝘗𝘩𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘫𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘮. They competed against 80 contenders per category at 𝗕𝘂𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, 𝗕𝘂𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻 1, 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶, 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻 on November 28, 2025.

𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡, 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐮𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧

SAN MIGUEL, BULACAN — Residents of San Miguel came together on Sunday, October 26, in a powerful display of faith and solidarity, holding a prayer rally and indignation march to demand accountability over the Philippines’ trillion-peso corruption.

Organized by Tindig San Miguel and joined by Akbayan Youth, the event drew church leaders, students, and ordinary citizens, all walking along Cagayan Valley Road to make their voices heard.

“Faith without action is hollow,” said Khylla Meneses, Secretary General of Akbayan Youth. “Our prayers today are also a protest, for justice, for truth, and for a government that respects the people’s trust. Corruption is the true monster we must exorcise, and the people’s unity is our strongest weapon.”

The rally emphasized the growing unity of the community in confronting systemic corruption. Participants carried banners and called for transparency, underscoring the belief that people’s solidarity is the strongest weapon against plunder.

The event ended with a call to action for all residents, especially the youth and students, to join a follow-up mobilization scheduled for November 30, proving that meaningful change comes from collective effort.

By blending faith and civic action, the people of San Miguel demonstrated that community solidarity can move mountains, pushing for accountability and a government that serves its citizens.
