Mabato Central Elementary School actively participated in the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women and Children, culminating in a meaningful program highlighted by an awareness parade around barangay where pupils and teachers proudly wore orange as a symbol of unity and commitment to ending violence. The activity was further enriched by an informative lecture delivered by PMSg Joanne T. Romero of the San Miguel Municipal Police Station, emphasizing the importance of respect, safety, and the protection of women and children.

Prior to the culminating activity, the school conducted various advocacy-focused activities such as a drawing activity with the theme “Kindness Begins with Me,” boys’ and girls’ talks on being a good friend, slogan-making activities promoting “Respect for All,” and other initiatives that encouraged learners to practice kindness, empathy, and respect in their daily lives.
