John J. Russell Memorial High School is now accepting applications for **ARAL Tutors and Support Aides** for the Summer ARAL Program and School Year 2026–2027.

🔎 **Minimum Qualifications for ARAL Tutors:**
✔️ Education-related background (licensed teachers, pre-service teachers, graduates, retired teachers, or other professionals)
✔️ Demonstrated teaching competency and effective instructional skills
✔️ Willingness to undergo required training (learner-centered pedagogy, inclusive education, and use of educational technologies)
✔️ With good moral character and no criminal record

⭐ **Preferred Qualifications:**
✔️ Experience in tutoring, teaching, or remedial instruction
✔️ Preferably a resident of the local community
✔️ Specialization in **Reading, Science, or Mathematics**

🤝 **For Support Aides (Voluntary):**
✔️ Physically fit and willing to assist in school activities
✔️ With good moral character
✔️ Willing to render service under the supervision of the School Head
✔️ Will support logistics, learning materials, feeding, and other ARAL-related tasks
