Opening of LANDBANK Accounts for TES and TDP Grantees
In line with the Memorandum from the Office of the Executive Director dated March 23, 2026, regarding the implementation of necessary actions following the signing of the MOA between Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK), all TES (Tertiary Education Subsidy) and TDP (Tulong Dunong Program) beneficiaries are required to open an individual LANDBANK account.

📌 Who are covered?
• All TES and TDP grantees of San Mateo Municipal College

📌 What is required?
• Open a LANDBANK account by following the step-by-step procedures indicated in the attached presentation
• Secure and submit your LANDBANK account number

⛔ Failure to submit your LANDBANK account details on or before the deadline may result in a delay in the release of financial assistance.

📋 What to Submit
Please provide the following by accomplishing the online form:
• LANDBANK Account Number
• Registered Mobile Number
• Registered Email Address

ON OR BEFORE JUNE 1, 2026

📌 For students who encounter difficulties
• Students who are unable to successfully open an account online will be issued a Letter of Introduction
• This letter must be presented to the nearest LANDBANK branch for further assistance

1. Medical Requirements: Chest X-ray and Drug Test results (w/1 photocopy).
2. Subject Selection: Access your portal account one week before your scheduled enrollment date to select your subjects. For a step-by-step guide, please watch the instructional video via the link provided in the caption.
3. Grades: Provide a screenshot of your grades from the Second Semester, A. Y. 2025-2026.

FOR RETURNEE,

- Follow the schedule for your program and last attended year.
- If you last attended as a First Year, follow the incoming Second Year schedule.
