To maintain smooth and effective transition of the opening of the school year, Pintong Bukawe Elementary School held its first Faculty and Staff meeting on May 11, 2026 at Mrs.Dilay's Classroom.
Mrs. Melissa A. Olila, school head spearheaded the meeting highlighting the events and schedules with regards to this year's Brigada Eskwela. She also discussed the upcoming activities about the opening of classes.
Participants of the meeting were teaching and non-teaching staff.

PBES teachers with 0-3 teaching experiences participated in a School Learning Action Cell (SLAC) on Philippine Professional Standard for Teachers (PPST) indicator 1.1.2 (Apply Knowledge of Content Within and Across Curriculum Teaching Areas) on February 26, 2026 Thursday 1: 30 PM at the Principal’s Office.
Mrs. Maricel M. Lolo, Master Teacher I facilitated the SLAC emphasizing the importance of applying knowledge of content within and across curriculum teaching areas. This involves understanding the subject matter and how it relates to other subjects, planning lessons that integrate these connections, and using teaching strategies that promote literacy and numeracy skills.
The SLAC aims to refresh the teachers of the salient points in Indicator 1.1.2 in connection with the positive outcome on the Teaching-Learning Process, guide Beginning Teachers in the effective use of Integration in the lessons and address the needs of the teachers for opportunities for personal and professional development.
