Starting August 29 until the end of the month, you can get sticky notes from your class representative and write down your thoughts, feelings, or struggles. ๐Ÿ“โœจ

If youโ€™d rather stay anonymous, you can just use a number instead of your name. Each note is a voice, and together they form a wall of unity, showing that no one is ever truly alone. ๐Ÿ’™

When dance meets purpose, magic happens. ๐Ÿ’ƒโœจ

The stage came alive as Grade 11 students of SSASHS poured their hearts into the NutriDance Battleโ€”a celebration of movement, music, and most importantly, nutrition and health.

Each performance wasnโ€™t just about steps and rhythmโ€”it was a reminder that a healthy lifestyle is worth dancing for. The energy, the effort, the messageโ€ฆ it all came together in one powerful showcase that left the crowd cheering and inspired.

Punla ng Pagbabago, Tinig ng Kabataan ๐ŸŒฑ

Ngayong araw sa Brgy. Marasat Pequeรฑo, San Mateo, Isabela, nagsama-sama ang piling kabataang lider mula sa Lunggati, SSLG, YES-O, ESWM, at 4-H Club, ng Salinungan Stand-Alone Senior High School para sa isang layuning higit pa sa pagtatanimโ€”ito'y pagtindig para sa kalikasan.

Sa temang โ€œKabataan at 4-H: Katuwang sa Kalikasan,โ€ bitbit ng bawat hakbang at pagtanim ang malasakit at paninindigan para sa mas luntiang bukas. Hindi lang ito punla sa lupa, kundi punla rin ng pagkakaisa, pagkilos, at pag-asa.

Ang aktibidad ay matagumpay sa tulong at pakikiisa ng mga lider at ahensyang buong puso ang suporta:

From Pan to Plate, Grade 12 Creates! ๐Ÿฅฌ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ

It was more than just cookingโ€”it was a celebration of creativity, health, and teamwork as our Grade 12 students brought their best to the Nutrition Month Cookfest!

With vibrant fruits and fresh vegetables as their stars, each group turned simple ingredients into delicious and nutritious meals that could easily brighten any table. Every dish told a storyโ€”not just of flavor, but of effort, care, and the belief that eating healthy doesnโ€™t have to be boring or expensive.

The kitchen heat was real, but the passion? Even hotter. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Weโ€™re proud of everyone who cooked with heartโ€”winners will be revealed this coming Monday, so donโ€™t miss it!
