𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | SCPS shifts to online classes on Aug. 18–20

Sta. Cecilia Parochial School announced the suspension of face-to-face classes from August 18 to 20, 2026, due to the prevailing weather condition brought about by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the rising water level of the river that may cause flooding in the area.

To ensure learning continuity, the school will conduct online synchronous classes during the said dates.

Students are advised to monitor their Learning Management System (LMS) via MS Teams and Group Chats for the official schedules of subjects and announcements.

Leniency shall be extended to students who may experience challenges with the online setup due to flooding, unstable internet connectivity, power interruptions, or other related circumstances, provided they coordinate with their class advisers and subject teachers.

School offices will remain open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon to accommodate necessary transactions.

Mga kababayan, bilang pag-iingat sa masamang panahon dulot ng Southwest Monsoon o Habagat, SUSPENDIDO na ang AFTERNOON FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES sa LAHAT NG ANTAS ng mga PAMPUBLIKO at PRIBADONG paaralan sa ating bayan ngayong araw ng Lunes, August 17, 2026.

Hinihikayat naman natin ang mga paaralan na pairalin ang modular o distance learning upang hindi maantala ang pag-aaral ng mga mag-aaral.

𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | SCPS classes resume face-to-face on Aug. 13

Sta. Cecilia Parochial School confirmed that face-to-face classes will resume following the regular schedule on Thursday, August 13, after a week of suspension caused by inclement weather and power outages.

Electricity in the school area was restored at around 7:00 p.m. today.

A morning mass will be held at Sta. Cecilia Parish at 6:00 a.m., and scheduled personnel and students who missed attending due to the suspension are encouraged to join, according to the CCF department.

Students are reminded to wear their complete daily uniform and to bring raincoats and umbrellas in anticipation of rainy weather.

Important announcements will continue to be posted on the school page, student publication, and respective class group chats.
