THEY BROUGHT THE FIRE, THE STAGE FOLLOWED
They said the culminating activity of the junior high school was a successβand it wasnβt just a dance, it felt like a whole concert, a little chaos, and a lot of memories all in one ππΊβ¨
From missed steps to perfectly timed moves, every beat carried nerves, excitement, and that βjust go for itβ energy. It wasnβt about being flawlessβit was about feeling the music, trusting the moment, and enjoying every second on stage.
Lights on, music loud, hearts racing⦠then suddenly, final pose.
And just like that, a simple performance turned into a core memory. π₯πΆ

San Carlos San Luis National High School celebrates another proud milestone after an outstanding performance at PAUTAKAN 2026, where Carlosian teams secured both the Champion and 1st Runner-Up titles. This achievement continues the schoolβs three-year streak, a reflection of the dedication, discipline, and teamwork that define the Carlosian spirit.
Leading the victory is Team B, composed of Abherdeen A. Sumat, Carlisle Iosef Germina, and John Jacob M. Nunag, who emerged as Champion under the guidance of Mrs. Catherine M. Maliwat. Their confidence, knowledge, and composure on stage demonstrated the excellence that Carlosians strive to uphold.
Also bringing pride to the school is Team A, composed of Rhian Shantal M. Sosa, Angel Vanessa R. Dimacali, and Jarrett Chris M. Barawid, who earned the 1st Runner-Up title under the mentorship of Mrs. Clarita M. Puno. Their determination and teamwork were evident throughout every round of the competition.
More than the awards earned, this achievement reflects the hard work behind the preparation, the support of mentors, and the commitment of students who continue to represent the school with humility and excellence.
Indeed, San Carlos San Luis National High School remains true to its identity as the true HOME OF THE CHAMPIONS, not only through victories, but through the values of perseverance, integrity, and dedication carried by every Carlosian. β¨π

Our brightest minds are ready to take the stage! As the PAUTAKAN 2026 unfolds, we stand firmly behind our representatives who embody the Carlosian spirit of being Good, Wise, and Brilliant.
Beyond the competition, we are most proud of the dedication these students and their coaches have shown during their preparations. Theyβve put in the hours and the heart, and now itβs our turn to show them they arenβt standing on that stage alone. Win or lose, theyβve already proven what it means to lead with excellence and humility.
If you have the time, please join us tomorrow at 6:00 PM at the Dr. Emigdio A. Bondoc Convention Center. Bring your loudest cheers and your unshakable school spirit! See you there, Carlosians!

HEADLINES MADE. HISTORY WRITTEN. π°π₯
Last February 19, the newsroom spirit turned into competitive fire as our campus journalists faced the challenge of the Divisional Schools Press Conference. Armed with sharpened skills, disciplined minds, and fearless voices, they carried the banner of San Carlos San Luis National High School and Cluster V with pride and excellence.
Journalism is pressure measured in minutes and precision measured in words. In rooms where every second counted, our Carlosians wrote with clarity, edited with accuracy, illustrated with meaning, and broadcast with confidence. They did not merely participate because they performed.
