Today, Lyceum of Southern Luzon, Inc. actively participated in the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) in support of Republic Act No. 10121: Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Act of 2010. Through this activity, our students, teachers, and staff practiced the proper actions to take during an earthquake and familiarized themselves with evacuation procedures.

More than just a drill, this activity reminds us of the importance of staying alert, prepared, and ready to respond in times of emergencies.

On June 11, 2026, a General Parents’ Orientation was conducted for the parents of Lyceans to discuss essential school policies, the E-GASTPE program, Senior High School (SSHS) implementation, the Three-Term Academic Calendar, and other key DepEd reforms aimed at strengthening educational delivery and learner support; the activity served as a meaningful avenue to foster awareness, transparency, and collaboration between the school and home, emphasizing the shared responsibility in guiding them toward academic success and holistic development, and ensuring that parents are well-informed, engaged, and fully equipped to support their learners throughout the school year in alignment with the school’s commitment to quality education and continuous improvement.

The General Orientation of the Interact Club of Lyceum of Southern Luzon, Inc., marks the beginning of another meaningful journey of leadership, fellowship, and community service.Our young leaders gather to learn, connect, and embrace the values that define true service above self.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 𝐀 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬

On June 10, 2026, the school successfully underwent the Monitoring for the Opening of Classes, which highlighted its strong readiness to deliver quality education for the incoming school year; the monitoring official remarked that the school is well-prepared in all aspects, particularly in the complete and well-organized presentation of documents and the clear display of planned activities for the school year, reflecting a strong commitment to academic excellence and effective school management, and the school was likewise commended for its proactive preparation and dedication to ensuring a meaningful learning environment for students, with sincere gratitude extended to PSDS Dr. Aniano I. Hernandez for his valuable support, guidance, and monitoring that continue to inspire and strengthen the school’s pursuit of quality education.

𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲, 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱: 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

A classroom-based discussion was conducted to orient the learners on the Student Handbook, VMC, with special emphasis on the Anti-Bullying and Child Protection Policy, aiming to ensure that students are well-informed of their rights, responsibilities, and the proper conduct expected within the school community; the session highlighted the importance of maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment where every learner feels protected and valued, and students were encouraged to actively practice discipline, kindness, and accountability in their daily interactions, reinforcing the school’s commitment to fostering a secure and supportive educational atmosphere for all.
