A little health updateโฆ ๐
Recently, I was diagnosed with multiple benign breast cysts. Thankfully, they are non-cancerous, but Iโve been experiencing persistent pain and will continue with my doctorโs appointments and follow-ups.
My doctor advised me to rest and avoid stress, but honestly, it has been difficult. These past weeks, there have been many PPAs and MOVs from different EPS in our Division that needed to be worked on. I also couldnโt simply leave my co-teachers to handle everything while I rested. On top of that itโs almost end of term and lotโs of task and activities needed much attention.
So I prayed and surrendered everything to God. Then came a 3-day class suspension. I wasnโt praying for the rainโI was praying for my health. Perhaps this was Godโs gentle way of reminding me that I also need to take care of myself.
As a breadwinner, Iโm used to taking care of everyone else. But Iโm learning that I also need to take care of myself. ๐
Iโm sorry to those who have been asking for files, lessons, or other requests that I have to decline to do so. My health have to be my priority, but please know that I never intended to ignore anyone.
Despite everything, I will continue sharing my files and resources whenever I can. And to everyone who has voluntarily shared their blessings from the files I shared, thank you from the bottom of my heart no matter how big or small. Every amount has helped with my consultations, tests, medications, and medical appointments.
Your kindness reminds me that Iโm not alone. May the Lord bless you a hundredfold. ๐๐
Praying for everyoneโs good health. Indeed health is wealth.
