Ito ang proyekto mula sa 𝑺𝒂𝒏 𝑱𝒖𝒂𝒏 𝑬𝒂𝒔𝒕 𝑺𝒖𝒃 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆 — 𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑵𝑼𝑻𝑹𝑰-𝑺𝑸𝑼𝑨𝑫 na may mensaheng: Healthy Plate, Healthy Mate.

Sama-sama at salo-salo tayong kumain ng masustansya! Ang balanseng pagkain ay nagbibigay lakas sa ating katawan at linaw sa ating isipan. Kapag pinipili natin ang tamang pagkain nang magkakasama, mas nagiging masigla at matatag ang ating samahan. ✨

Kaya piliin ang masustansya, palakasin ang pangangatawan, at isabuhay ang malusog na pamumuhay. Kumain ng tama, manatiling malakas! 💚

Like the past few years of celebrating the Nutrition Month, we are still encouraged to bring 𝑮𝑶, 𝑮𝑹𝑶𝑾, 𝑨𝑵𝑫 𝑮𝑳𝑶𝑾 𝒇𝒐𝒐𝒅𝒔. But wait Aplayans, there will be another upcoming project for our month theeeee..... "𝑵𝑼𝑻𝑹𝑰 𝑺𝑸𝑼𝑨𝑫" ✨!

For this project, we encourage everyone to take a 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒑 𝒑𝒉𝒐𝒕𝒐 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉𝒚 𝒍𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒉! This is an upcoming activity this July, so get your squad and your nutritious meals ready! 📸🥗

Let's participate by bringing healthy foods, through fruits and vegetables we can make our health skyrocket upward, Aplayans! 🚀

Today, we celebrate 128 years of freedom since our forefathers declared our independence. We honor their courage and sacrifice, knowing that the liberty we enjoy today was earned through great struggle.

But true freedom also comes with responsibility. As young leaders and students, we show our love for country by respecting rules, doing what is right, and treating everyone fairly. Independence means being disciplined, not just being free to do as we please.

Let us value our heritage, stand united, and uphold the values that make our nation proud.

Aplaya National High School (ANHS) conducted their Brigada Eskwela 2026🍃. With the New head principal Arrah S. Sulit welcomed every parents and students🎖️.

After 5 days of tireless, with scrubbing, painting and building, our school is officially ready to welcome another batch of learners✨🏫.

The newly painted halls and clean classrooms stand as a symbol of what can be accomplished when a community unites with a shared goal✨.
