𝙄𝘾𝙔𝙈𝙄: 𝘼 𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙒𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙞𝙣 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮.

Last October 06, 2025, the Rotaract Club of PUP San Juan proudly held its Induction and Handover Ceremony for the Rotary Year 2025–2026.

With the theme “𝙃𝘼𝘽𝙄: 𝙒𝙚𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙂𝙤𝙤𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨,” aligned with Rotary International’s call to Unite for Good, the ceremony symbolized the coming together of passionate leaders committed to service and meaningful impact.

Each thread represents a Rotaractor, woven together to create a stronger, more united force for good. As new officers took their oath, they carried with them the responsibility to lead with purpose, compassion, and dedication.

This milestone marks not just a transition of leadership, but the beginning of a year dedicated to unity, service, and collective growth.

𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙨 𝙀𝙣𝙙, 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘽𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙨.

In pursuit of fostering inclusivity and meaningful communication, the Rotaract Club of PUP San Juan successfully conducted 𝙎𝙀𝙉𝙔𝘼𝙎: 𝘽𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙘 𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙤 𝙎𝙞𝙜𝙣 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙥 last March 21, 2026.

With the guidance of our esteemed resource speaker, Ms. Veronica Fe Gigantone. Participants were introduced to the fundamentals of Filipino Sign Language and gained a deeper understanding of Deaf culture, learning that communication goes beyond spoken words and thrives through empathy, expression, and connection.

The seminar became a space where barriers were broken, awareness was strengthened, and future educators and leaders were empowered to become more inclusive communicators in their respective communities.

This initiative was made possible through the unwavering support of our partners, co-hosting clubs, and dedicated Rotaractors who worked together to turn this vision into reality.

Indeed, this journey reminds us that when we choose to understand one another, we create a more inclusive and compassionate world for all. 🤟✨

𝙄𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙗𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖 𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣.

In celebration of National Children’s Month, the Rotaract Club of PUP San Juan, together with partner organizations, created a shared space through interactive storytelling and reading sessions where young learners could listen, ask questions, and explore the joy of stories. What began as a simple reading activity soon became moments of confidence, ideas shared and imaginations awakened.

Each story read aloud became more than words on a page. It became a bridge that connected curiosity with knowledge, and learning with laughter.

Because sometimes, the most meaningful lessons are discovered together, one story, one question, and one brave voice at a time.

𝙎𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨 𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙚 𝙘𝙧𝙖𝙮𝙤𝙣.

Through Think, Read, and Create Project, the Rotaract Club of PUP San Juan, together with partner organizations, conducted a hands‑on workshop that blended storytelling, reading activities, and arts and crafts for young learners. Each story sparked imagination, each page strengthened understanding, and each creation became a small step toward confidence.

Moments like these remind us that learning grows best where curiosity is encouraged, creativity is nurtured, and young minds are given the freedom to explore, imagine, and believe in their own abilities.

Because shaping a future does not require grand gestures.
Sometimes, it begins with guiding a small hand and saying,
“You can do it.”

At last year’s GEAR Awards, the 𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗨𝗣 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗮𝗻 (𝗥𝗜𝗗 𝟯𝟴𝟬𝟬) captured the 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁:

By teaching sign language, they opened doors for greater understanding, inclusion, and empowerment—reminding us that education is not only about learning, but about connecting people and communities.
