📚SJCS SCHOOL-BASED IN-SERVICE TRAINING (INSET) 2026
Innovation, Teaching Strategies & Effective Bullying Prevention for a Safe and Inclusive School 🏫✨

San Juan Central School came together for a meaningful and productive in-service training — a day of learning, sharing, growing, and strengthening our commitment to excellence and care for every learner! 🤝💡

The program opened with our dedicated Teacher Associate & Mentor, Ma'am Mariz Rojas Gumidam , MT-2, who warmly welcomed everyone and shared a powerful discussion on AURA — Authority, Responsibility, and Accountability — giving us profound words to ponder as educators who lead with heart and integrity. 🙌

Next, Ma'am Constancia Dickson , T6, guided us through the vital topic of Effective Bullying and Prevention. Our teachers actively shared their own ideas, experiences, and observations about our learners — coming together to build a kinder, safer, and more inclusive school community for all. 💙

Then, Ma'am Janelle Barroga, Aral Tutor, led us through meaningful discussions on Aral matters — reinforcing the values and life lessons that shape not just students, but good citizens. 📖

Keeping the energy high, Ma'am Vangie S. Ta-a , T6, led a lively Energizer — with fun dance steps, wonderful jokes, and her signature sweet smile that brightened the whole room! 💃😊

We were honored by the visit of our very own PSDS, Ma'am Rhoda P. Asencio, who delivered an enlightening session on Research — sharing her personal insights, practical guidance, and step-by-step ways to conduct research, encouraging teachers to explore and grow through inquiry. 📝✨

Following her, Ma'am Rose Daria , T6, presented Innovative Reading Strategies — delivered with expertise, passion, and clarity that will surely enrich how we teach and inspire our young readers. 📚

To wrap up the sessions, Ma'am Marissa R. Gumidam returned to deeply discuss Innovative Strategies in Teaching, guiding teachers in developing and presenting their own classroom innovations and highlighting the most effective approaches to make learning engaging and meaningful. She also read the heartfelt message from our School Head, Sir Nathaniel T. Dickson, who sends his full support and warmest greetings even as he attends another seminar! 💐

And none of this would have been so smooth and wonderful without our amazing MC, Ma'am Donna Bello Tacis , T6 — thank you for your fantastic hosting, energy, and grace that made the day flow beautifully! 🌟
