The founding of the school had been made possible through the effort and assistance of the Municipal Mayor Rodolfo H. Marasigan, the Sangguniang Bayan Members and the Barangay captain of Buls, Mr. Luistro. The school also receives a great support from its first PTA President, Mrs. Jenny Rose Marasigan and the parents and other community members. Its first two sections composed of 54 students had been accommodated in their permanent home: a Municipal Type School Building under the supervision of the late Mr. Florencio P. Ilao. Mr. Ilao served the school with three locally funded-school teachers, Arlene Escamillas, Agnes Jaen (2 weeks), and Ivy de Villa (1 week)replaced by Michelle Ronquillo and Caroline Malapitan. The school site with an area of 500 sq. m. has been donated by Hon. Luistro, Brgy. Captain. Before it becomes an independent school, it started as a satellite school of Palahanan National High School headed by the late Mr. Ilao but on February 2015, Angeles National High School has been recognized as a fully independent school through the leadership of the schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Carlito D. Rocafort CESO V and has been approved by the DepEd Sec., Bro. Armin B. School Year 2015-2016, the school is already composed of 4 sections (1 section per grade level) with 151 students and 6 teaching personnel and it is headed by Mr. Anacleto M. Gunio , Principal IV until Mr. Antonino S. Palaganas came and act as the Teacher in Charge. At that time, there was only one (1) item given for the school, the first item teacher was Mrs. Liezl M. Escamus from Padre Garcia. And this is the start of a growing family. The second item teacher was Ms. Joy L. Pasia from Ibaan. Because of these, ALISHS started to grow as it has given its own item teachers. Students are provided conducive learning facilities: 4classrooms from the Municipal Government of San Juan, two- story building with 4 classrooms from Gov. Vilma S. Recto and a newly constructed three (3) classrooms from DPWH SY2016-2017. September 2017 Angeles Luistro National High school was approved the integration of Senior High and renamed as Angeles Luistro Integrated Senior High school. At present, there are 202 students (139 JHS and 63 SHS), thirteen (13) teachers composed of 1 School Head (borrowed from Lipahan NHS), seven (7) item teachers for Junior High School, two(2) item teachers for Senior High School, one (1) borrowed item from Buhay na sapa NHS and two (2) teachers of Senior High School borrowed from Palahanan NHS.
