Sa pagdiriwang ng 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 (𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭𝟬𝟲𝟴𝟵), kinikilala natin ang kahalagahan ng pagpapanatili at pagtataguyod ng kanilang mga tradisyon, pagkakakilanlan, at paraan ng pamumuhay. Ang pagdiriwang na ito ay paalala upang parangalan ang kanilang katatagan, pahalagahan ang kanilang mahahalagang ambag, at palakasin ang ating pagkakaisa at paggalang sa pagkakaiba-iba ng kultura.

Sa kabila ng mga hamon at daan-daang taong impluwensiya ng kolonyalismo, patuloy na pinangangalagaan ng mga katutubong pamayanan sa buong bansa ang kanilang mayamang pamana nang may dangal at katatagan.
