Yesterday, we had the opportunity to recognize and appreciate our teachers through the awarding of certificates that reflect their dedication, contributions, and the important roles they play in our school community.

Led by the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) , SJSHS faculty and student organizations joined hands for the International Coastal Cleanup 2026 in Catmon, San Juan, Batangas, September 19.

Under the theme โ€œClean Seas for Resilience,โ€ the cleanup turned community spirit into action as participants worked together to clear coastal litter and help keep San Juanโ€™s shores clean and protected. Being a Leader has a big part when it comes to being prepared in terms of disasters and accidents, it requires you to LEAD the people to a safer place with no one being left behind. So as a part of preparation, the DRRM conducted a Camp for Resiliency, and preparing and flooding the minds of the Future Leaders to lead the Next Generation for the Safer tomorrow.โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ

The Camp tackled the Different Virtues, lessons that a Youth leader must keep in their hearts, for a better leadership and a stronger foundation when disasters struck. Teaching them that caring for others isn't always it, you have to take care of yourself too, and also for inspiring others that at all times, unity must be a priority because it will bring us to a generation that will not be shaken by any disasters that will occur.
