Her 𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 highlighted how 𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙮 can be purposefully 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 into 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 to create a more 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚, 𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜, and 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙧-𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚. Her 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚, and 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 to 𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 exemplify the 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 of our teachers to providing meaningful 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 for every learner.

Teamwork is more than working together—it is about trusting one another, listening, communicating, supporting, and moving toward one shared goal.

The 𝐒𝐉𝐍𝐇𝐒 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 became a meaningful part of our 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗧 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: “𝗘𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗢 𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗘, 𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗢 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗧”, bringing our teachers together beyond the classroom and strengthening the connections that make us one team.

Through every challenge, game, strategy, and shared laugh, we were reminded that effective teamwork helps us become better educators and better protectors of our learners. The activities strengthened our communication, collaboration, problem-solving, leadership, trust, adaptability, and collective responsibility—competencies that directly support our INSET goals of creating quality, safe, inclusive, and responsive learning environments.

🎯 From 𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐀 𝐓𝐎 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐓, we learned to think creatively and work together to find solutions.

🧩 𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑 reminded us that listening, understanding, and responding to one another are essential in building meaningful relationships.

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON SEPTEMBER 10

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 135, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on September 10, 2026, in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the cumulative effects of prolonged rainfall:

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

September 7, 2026 | Orientation and Planning for the School Safety Drill

San Juan National High School conducted an orientation and planning session in preparation for the upcoming School Safety Drill, in close coordination with the San Juan City PNP, Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Medical Response Team, SOCO, and SWAT Team.

The activity focused on strengthening coordination, defining roles and responsibilities, establishing emergency response protocols, and ensuring that every participating team is prepared to respond effectively during emergencies.

Preparedness is a shared responsibility. Through strong partnerships and coordinated action, we continue to build a school community that is alert, prepared, and resilient.

Together, we prepare. Together, we protect. Together, we keep our learners and school community safe.

On 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, San Juan National High School conducted the 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩: “𝙏𝙀𝘼𝘾𝙃 & 𝘼𝙎𝙎𝙀𝙎𝙎: 𝙀𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙌𝙪𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙧-𝙋𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩.”
