๐๐ง๐๐ possible. What began as a vision during the Paaralang Elementarya ng Tipas Alumni Homecoming on May 9, 2026 became a reality through the generosity, trust, and collective effort of a community united by a shared love for our beloved alma mater ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐.
We extend our deepest appreciation to the ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ง๐ข ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐จ๐๐ข๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง officers, whose dedication, leadership, and countless hours of service transformed this vision into a meaningful accomplishment. We are equally grateful to every PET alumnus and alumna who attended the homecoming and to those who generously shared their time, resources, and support.

Grateful and honored to extend our heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Ellienor D. Peรฑa (Ningning Dl Reyes Peรฑa), Public Schools District Supervisor, for providing invaluable technical assistance and guidance to the school head of Paaralang Elementarya ng Tipas, Dr. Leilani D. Maulion, in strengthening the provision of support to Key Stage 1 teachers.
Through Dr. Maulion's initiative, technical assistance and collaborative expertise sessions were successfully conducted for our 11 teachers from Kindergarten to Grade 3. These sessions aimed to strengthen instructional practices, enhance teacher competencies, and ensure the continuous delivery of quality basic education for every learner.

This initiative is anchored on Division Memorandum No. 309, s. 2026, "Provision of Support to Key Stage 1 Teachers (Kindergarten to Grade 3)," dated June 30, 2026, in compliance with National Memorandum DM-OUHRODI-2026-2055, "Additional Guidance on the Provision of Support to Key Stage 1 Teachers (Kindergarten to Grade 3)." The memorandum emphasizes the implementation of monitoring and support mechanisms to strengthen instructional practices, address learning gaps in foundational literacy and numeracy, and improve learner outcomes through continuous instructional supervision, collaborative professional learning, and technical assistance.
