The Provincial Government of Batangas joins the nation in commemorating the 𝟏𝟔𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 of 𝐀𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐢.

Born in Talaga, Tanauan, Batangas, Mabini is remembered as the "Brains of the Revolution" for his profound intellect and unwavering dedication to the cause of Philippine independence. As the first Prime Minister and Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the revolutionary government under Emilio Aguinaldo, his vision and leadership helped shape the nation's history.

Grateful and honored to extend our heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Ellienor D. Peña (Ningning Dl Reyes Peña), Public Schools District Supervisor, for providing invaluable technical assistance and guidance to the school head of Paaralang Elementarya ng Tipas, Dr. Leilani D. Maulion, in strengthening the provision of support to Key Stage 1 teachers.

Through Dr. Maulion's initiative, technical assistance and collaborative expertise sessions were successfully conducted for our 11 teachers from Kindergarten to Grade 3. These sessions aimed to strengthen instructional practices, enhance teacher competencies, and ensure the continuous delivery of quality basic education for every learner.

Thank you, Dr. Peña, for your unwavering support, inspiring leadership, and commitment to empowering school leaders and teachers. Your guidance continues to make a meaningful difference in our journey toward educational excellence.

This initiative is anchored on Division Memorandum No. 309, s. 2026, "Provision of Support to Key Stage 1 Teachers (Kindergarten to Grade 3)," dated June 30, 2026, in compliance with National Memorandum DM-OUHRODI-2026-2055, "Additional Guidance on the Provision of Support to Key Stage 1 Teachers (Kindergarten to Grade 3)." The memorandum emphasizes the implementation of monitoring and support mechanisms to strengthen instructional practices, address learning gaps in foundational literacy and numeracy, and improve learner outcomes through continuous instructional supervision, collaborative professional learning, and technical assistance.

Our school remains committed to the responsible and transparent utilization of our May-June 2026 Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) for the benefit of our learners, teachers, and the entire school community.

Through the allocated MOOE funds, we have provided and distributed the following:

Paaralang Elementarya ng Tipas actively joined the nationwide Simultaneous Flag Raising Ceremony in commemoration of the 10th Anniversary of the 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award, as directed by the National Security Council. The activity highlighted the importance of patriotism, national sovereignty, and civic responsibility.

Paaralang Elementarya ng Tipas joins the nationwide Simultaneous Flag Raising Ceremony in commemoration of the 10th Anniversary of the 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award. This observance highlights the importance of Philippine sovereignty, the rule of law, and responsible citizenship, while fostering greater awareness and appreciation among our learners and school community.

Paaralang Elementarya ng Tipas remains committed to providing a safe, orderly, and learner-centered environment where technology supports meaningful learning. In line with DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026 (Guidelines on Ensuring a Safe and Motivating Learning Environment (ESMLE), and existing school policies, the use of cellphones and other electronic devices is permitted only when authorized for instructional purposes or during legitimate emergencies.

We encourage all learners to practice responsible digital citizenship by using technology appropriately, respecting the privacy of others, and staying focused on their learning.

JUNE 29, 2026. Paaralang Elementarya ng Tipas extends its sincere appreciation to M. Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc., through Mr. Ricardo Rioflorido, Regional Manager for South Eastern Luzon, for the generous donation of School Zone signages.

The turnover was attended by School Head Dr. Leilani D. Maulion, Barangay Councilor Melchor Cadano, Chairperson of the Committee on Education and Barangay Captain Joselito P. Vilano.

This valuable contribution strengthens our efforts to create a safer school environment by increasing motorists’ awareness and reinforcing road safety within the school zone.
