On or about 0830h 05October2026, The 512th PCGA Squadron participated and support the Coast Guard District Southern Tagalog-CGDSTL "DENTAL MISSION" held at BJMP facility at Bgry Mabalanoy San Juan Batangas , 512th CGAS provided basic essential needs for hygiene, including towels, soap, toothpaste, and toothbrushes, as well as medicines to support the healthcare needs of the PDLs. A total of 56 healthcare services, including dental extractions and dental cleanings, to Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs). this activity is a part of the Intensified Community Assistance, Awareness and Response, and Enforcement (iCARE) Program, the mission was conducted to provide accessible dental services to the PDLs and promote their health and well-being.

In connection with the International Coastal CLEAN-UP Day this squadron conducted a clean up drive with the members of the community, BRACERS , CITIZENS CRIME WATCH SAN JUAN, PCGA applicants and other stakeholders in coordination with CRG STL as part of PCG iCARE program , Brgy Putingbuhangin and MENRO SAN Juan. A total of 15 sacks of segregated trash were brought to the Brgy MRF site.

A three day dental caravan was held last Sept 1- 3 2026 at Municipal Gym,Brgy Buenavista and Brgy Masalukot uno Candelaria Quezon where in more than 800 beneficiaries received free fluoride cleaning and tooth extraction.This activity was a collaborative project of the 1958 Candelaria SPUTNIK CLUB Inc,512thPCGA Squadron and LGU Candelaria with the help from DOH Calabarzon PDA Quezon DepEd Dentist and the CGDSTL Dental Service.

17 July 2026 this squadron participated the annual ARBOR Day Activity of San Juan LGU headed by MENRO, more or less 2 thousand trees mere planted at the rural Barangays, Members from CGSS SAN JUAN, PNP, BJMP, BFP, REACT LAMBAYOK GROUP, SAN JUAN EAGLES CLUB and various NGO, government offices and Brgy functionaries participated the said activity.
