Congratulations to our SP client, Jean Aubrey Garcia on the grant of her student permit by the Canadian Embassy Manila on October 13, 2022 thru the assistance of our Visas & Immigration Specialists Team.

Jean Aubrey will be pursuing the Pre-Health Sciences – Pathway to Advanced Diplomas & Degrees Program leading to the Practical Nursing Program at the Sault College in the 2023 winter (January) intake. While studying, she can work full time on an Off-Campus Work Permit. After graduation, she is eligible to apply for the full time Post Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) valid for up to 3 years to gain valuable Canadian experience which will help her to qualify for PR. After completing his above post graduate in Nursing program, Chester is eligible to apply for a full time graduate work permit (PGWP) valid up to 3 years which will help him (including his partner) to qualify for PR thru the varied immigration streams for international graduates. In addition, the program curriculum includes a Canadian Nursing Licensure Exam Preparation course which will enable him to prepare to write the said exam and thereafter, become a licensed Canadian RN upon passing. As Nurses remain to be in high demand and top paying jobs in Canada, the Post Graduate in Enhanced Practice for IENs, is one of the most suitable academic programs & study pathways for Philippine nurses who want to pursue global careers & migration opportunities in Canada.

Refused Open Work Permit and Open Study Permit in Canada Successfully Overturned - Congrats to Joel Esteban and John Carlo Esteban for Successful Visa Reapplications
