In view of the excessively hot weather conditions, the Office of the President hereby authorizes the temporary suspension of the wearing of uniforms for students, faculty, and employees.

Prescribed Attire for Students:
• White T-shirt or Polo Shirt
• Black pants or Maong pants (ripped jeans not allowed)
• Rubber shoes or any closed shoes
• Sandals

Students are reminded to dress in a manner that is tidy, respectable, and appropriate for a professional and conducive academic environment. Wearing of the school ID within campus grounds remains mandatory.

Faculty members and employees shall likewise wear appropriate clothing in accordance with CSC rules on uniform.

Pursuant to Proclamation No. 1006 issued by the President of the Republic of the Philippines, the Office of the College President hereby declares the suspension of classes and work on April 9, 2026 (Thursday) in observance of Araw ng Kagitingan.

Furthermore, OMSC offices shall observe the regular work schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) for the entire week, including Friday, April 10, 2026.
