You are cordially invited to attend the CGCI Basic Education Backyard Camping 2023, which will be held on April 14-15 for boys and April 21-22 for girls. Registration begins at 8:00am.; it is a two-day camping experience designed to encourage children to pursue exciting new interests, assists them in making new friends, and teach them important life lessons. Reminders
1. Keep yourself clean and sanitized (bring your hygiene kit).
2.Wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
3. Keep food safe.
4. Bring your own tumbler.
5. Bring your own pillow, blanket and beddings.
6. Jewelries such as earrings, and bracelets are not permitted to be brought or worn while camping.

CGCI WELCOMES NEW PRESIDENT

Effective March 1, 2023, Dr. Danilo S. Vargas was named the new President of Core Gateway College, Inc. (CGCI).

Dr. Vargas is a weathered academician, researcher, and administrator. He obtained his doctorate in Community Development at the University of the Philippines – Los Baños in 1994.

DSV as many call him is a retired Central Luzon State University (CLSU) Professor VI. Prior to his retirement, he served as the Vice President for Administration, and chaired the Department of Development Communication of said university, to name a few.

The new president envisions uplifting the standard of education and services that CGCI provides to students and stakeholders toward global competitiveness.

In his message during the celebration of CGCI’s 75th Founding Anniversary on March 1, 2023, he said “As we celebrate this milestone, we are also excited to embark on a new direction toward internationalization. We recognize the importance of preparing our students to thrive in a globalized world and are committed to providing them with opportunities to engage with diverse cultures, perspectives, and ideas.”
