𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 💼✨

Today, the 𝗕𝗦𝗔 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀, together with the officers from different departments, organizations, and clubs, attended the College Leadership Training with the theme,
“𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘞𝘢𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘐𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘐𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯.”

For the morning session, the officers had a seminar talk with our resource speaker, 𝙈𝙨. 𝙈𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚 𝘽. 𝙇𝙪𝙯𝙤𝙣, 𝙈𝘽𝘼, who served as the OSA Directress of DWCC for nine years.

One of the most meaningful takeaways shared with us was that “𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙗𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙩𝙮𝙥𝙚 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙮𝙥𝙚.”
She also reminded us that 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘶𝘵, 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘨𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘰𝘳 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘳𝘰𝘺𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘺 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘭, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘱𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦, 𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘶𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘯.

In the afternoon, our BSA Department President and Vice President took part in the Organization Planning session with our resource speaker, 𝙎𝙞𝙧 𝙍𝙤𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙤 𝘼𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙡𝙤 𝙂. 𝙋𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙤, 𝙈𝘼. Through the session, they were able to 𝘥𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘱 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘣𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘚𝘈 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘣𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘨𝘰𝘢𝘭𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘋𝘞𝘊𝘚𝘑.

Last 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟴, our BSA Family came together through Google Meet for our Oratio Imperata. Even though we were not physically together, it was heartwarming to see everyone being present, attentive, and participative throughout the prayer.

Today, our 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀 proudly received their pins a symbol of the knowledge they have gained, the challenges they have overcome, and the commitment they continue to carry as future accounting professionals. This moment is a celebration not only of their achievements, but also of the people who stood beside them throughout their journey.
