Hence, below are the list of qualifications for your reference.

• A graduate of BS Agriculture or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• With or without experience
• Willing to be trained and work under minimum supervision
• With good communication skills
• With strong personality
• Wiling to render overtime and shifting schedule during Palay Season

Duties and Responsibilities
• Daily monitoring of rice mill operations
• Supervise and coordinate activities to maintain and ensure efficient and quality operations
• Assist in planning and maintaining day-to-day operations
