Whenever the sky turns grey, and advisories of weather
disturbances are in the news,Edrick Dizon, 42, a father of threelearners, from sitio Old Mangarin,Barangay Mangarin, worries on how he can earn money for his family for it is a struggle to make ends meet when
flooding occurs. Introduced in the world of fishing at the age of five, it has been his only known source of income even now that he has his own family to feed.
