Bring the following documents:
1. Barangay Indigency.

2. If High School/ Senior High graduate or undergrad, bring Form 137; If College under grad, bring TOR; If ALS passer, bring Certificate of Completion.

3. Photo copy of PSA Birth Certificate.

4. Long brown envelope.

Bring requirements to SJSTC/TESDA Building in Guiho St., Josephine Village, Brgy. Calaocan from 9am to 3pm.
