Meet the new Red Cross Youth Club Officers and Adviser for the School Year 2025-2026

A new set of young leaders ready to serve with passion, commitment, and service to humanity. Guided by our Adviser, we are prepared to lead, serve, and create meaningful impact in our community.

The 𝐎𝐌𝐒𝐂-𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 together with the Philippine Red Cross-Occidental Mindoro Chapter, conducted an Mobile Blood Donation last December 5, 2025, at the OMSC-San Jose Campus.

This initiative is implemented to extend assistance by providing additional blood support to patients in government hospitals, dialysis centers, and nearby provincial facilities who require it for treatment and continued care.

There were total of 86 units of blood collected from our donors. These are more than enough for the short notice disseminated to the public.

🩸 BLOODLETTING ACTIVITY - GIVE THE GIFT OF LIFE

Join us on December 5, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Pavilion, In front of the Registrar's office, for our community bloodletting event.

Donating blood is more than an act of kindness—it is a critical contribution to saving lives. Every donation helps ensure that hospitals and emergency units have a stable supply of blood for patients undergoing surgeries, mothers experiencing childbirth complications, individuals with severe anemia, cancer patients undergoing treatment, and victims of accidents of disasters.

A single donor can help up to three people, making your participation truly life-changing for those in need. Blood cannot be manufactured; it can only come from generous donors. This is why regular blood donation is essential for maintaining an adequate and safe blood supply in our community.

By donating, you are not only helping others — you are also benefiting your own health. Blood donation helps stimulate the production of new blood cells, support cardiovascular health, and encourages regular health screening through the Pre- donation check up

We encourage everyone who is healthy and eligible to take part. Your simple act of giving can bring hope healing and a second chance at life.

With heavy hearts, we mourn the passing of 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐨 𝐂. 𝐄𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚, beloved 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 of the 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 – 𝐎𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐨 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫.

His unwavering dedication, compassionate leadership, and tireless service have touched countless lives and inspired generations of Red Cross Youth. Sir Minandro was more than a leader—he was a mentor, a friend, and a true humanitarian.

His life was a true testament to what it means to serve humanity. He led with compassion, inspired with integrity, and served with heart. His unwavering support guided every Red Cross Youth.

Thank you, Sir, for being the heart of our chapter. You will always be remembered in every mission, every smile, and every act of service we carry forward.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones. His memory and legacy will forever be a guiding light.

Your courage and compassion during Typhoons Dante and Emong showed that youth can lead, serve, and inspire even in the toughest times.

During the recent onslaught of Typhoon Crising, two remarkable young women stepped up to serve—showing what it truly means to be 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.
