📌 ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION:
All passers are required to confirm their enrollment by messaging this page with the following details:

• Address
• Contact Number

📌 SLOT CONFIRMATION:
• Confirm and enroll within 5 working days after results release
• No confirmation and enrollment = automatic forfeiture of slot

📌 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
All EOC examinees (passers or not) who have not yet undergone the reading assessment are advised to return to school tomorrow and:
• Claim the requirements they previously submitted from Ma’am Geraldine P. Nares or Ma’am Bernardita B. Ortinero
• Submit them to Ma’am Aida P. Capuz for reading assessment and finalization of enrollment

Since the 45 available slots for EOC have not yet been filled, admission will REOPEN on May 11, 2026 (ONE DAY ONLY, MORNING ONLY).
