According to the 2023 PAHAYAG First Quarter Survey, TESDA got the highest approval among government agencies with 73%, higher than its previous 72% in the last quarter of 2022.

Meanwhile, TESDA is also the most trustworthy institution, tying with the AFP with a 60% trust rating. Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) trailed behind the two agencies with a 55% trust rating.
