“𝙃𝙖𝙞𝙡, 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡 𝙤𝙛 𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙚! 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙙 𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙮𝙤𝙪.” — 𝙇𝙪𝙠𝙚 1:28

Today, we joyfully commemorate the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, celebrating the birth of the woman chosen by God to become the Mother of our Savior.

Mary’s life reminds us that God’s grace can begin something beautiful long before we fully understand His plan. In her humility, faith, and loving obedience, she became a vessel of God’s love for the world.

May we, like Mary, learn to welcome God’s grace, trust His plan, and respond with a faithful “yes” to His call.

Happy Feast Day of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary!
May Mary, our Mother, continue to guide and accompany all Josephians closer to her Son, Jesus.

Hail Mary, full of grace, pray for us!

Healthy eating isn't just about what's on our plate—it's also about taking care of the environment that provides our food. Kaya ngayong Nutrition Month 2026 let's celebrate the importance of making healthier choices while showing love and care for our environment.

Through exciting and meaningful activities, we'll learn that even the smallest actions—choosing nutritious food, reducing food waste, bringing reusable containers, and caring for nature—can make a big difference.

As Josephians, let's continue to live out our core values of Stewardship, Empathy, Empowerment, Discipleship, and Solidarity by working together to build healthier habits and a greener future. Tandaan, ang simpleng healthy choice today can lead to a brighter and more sustainable tomorrow.

So, join us as we celebrate Nutrition Month 2026 Let's eat smart, stay active, care for our environment, and inspire one another to make every choice count.

Masustansyang pagkain, malinis na kalikasan, at sama-samang pagkilos—because a healthy future starts with us!
