*PSA Birth/Marriage Certificate
*Diploma or Certificate of Indigency
*Two (2) Valid ID
*4pcs Pictures Passport size and 1x1

GEARZ STDII -- is accepting trainee for the following qualifications:

--CARPENTRY NC II - 38 days (301 hours)
*applicant must not in education, not employment, not in training.

--PLUMBING NC II - 26 days (202 hours)
*applicant must not in education, not employment, not in training.

Requirements:
1. PSA/NSO birth certificate or Marriage Certificate
2. Diploma or School report card or ALS certificate or Certificate of Indigency
3. Two (2) Valid ID/Barangay Clearance
4. Four (4) pieces of passport size ID pictures and
1x1 ID pictures (white background)

Enroll at GEARZ SDTII located at Sapang Palay Brgy. Central, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
