Ito ang binigyang-diin ni 𝗚𝗼𝘃. 𝗝𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗬. 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗻 sa 𝗧𝗨𝗚𝗬𝗔𝗡: 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗜𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝘀 isang turnover ceremony ng 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (SSG) 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 ng 𝗢𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, kung saan pormal niyang ipinasa ang pamumuno sa bagong halal na gobernador na si 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰 𝗪𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗦. 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘂𝗻 at sa mga opisyal ng administrasyong 2026–2027.

Sa kanyang pahayag, ipinaalala ni Gov. Beliran na ang tunay na pamumuno ay hindi nasusukat sa haba ng panunungkulan kundi sa kalidad ng serbisyong naibibigay. Aniya, ang isang lider ay nakikilala sa malasakit, pagpapakumbaba, at kahandaang maglingkod para sa kapakanan ng kapwa estudyante.

Isinagawa ang Oath‑Taking Ceremony ng mga bagong halal na opisyal ng 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 - 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 kasama ang iba’t ibang organisasyon at federation na sabay‑sabay ding nanumpa ng kanilang tungkulin.

Pinangunahan ang seremonya ni 𝗦𝗨𝗖 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗜𝗜, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗘𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗖. 𝗘𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗹, na siyang nagbigay ng panunumpa sa mga student leaders. Habang binibigkas nila ang kanilang oath, ramdam ang bigat ng responsibilidad na kanilang tatanggapin, kasabay ng pag‑asa at pananabik na dala ng bagong pamunuan.

Hindi lamang ito pormal na seremonya, kundi isang makabuluhang pagkakaisa at panibagong simula. Ang bawat salita ng kanilang panunumpa ay nagsilbing paalala na ang pamumuno ay hindi pribilehiyo, kundi tungkulin na dapat gampanan nang may tapang, malasakit, at sinseridad para sa kapwa estudyante.
