𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐅𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐌 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠

𝘼𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙚𝙙𝙖𝙡𝙮𝙤𝙣 (𝘼𝙈) conducted its School-Based Campus Journalism Training for aspiring campus journalists, August 21, 2026.

School paper advisers, coaches and senior staff members served as facilitators and speakers for various journalism categories, sharing their knowledge and skills with participants throughout the training.

The activity aimed to identify prospective members of the school publication and select students who will represent SJNHS in the upcoming schools press conferences.

The training also provided aspiring journalists with an opportunity to hone their skills, gain valuable insights and become the voice of truth and change.

Naipamalas ng iba’t ibang koponan ang kanilang husay, lakas, at determinasyon sa paglalaro ng iba’t ibang isports upang makalikom ng maraming puntos at makuha ang panalo sa Sports Fest 2026 na ginanap sa Bulwagang Andres Bonifacio, Agosto 21.

Sa unang araw ng kaganapan, nasaksihan ang liksi at tapang ng mga manlalaro sa volleyball, basketball, sepak takraw, table tennis, at badminton. Ipinakita nila ang matatag na depensa at mapanlinlang na mga atake upang mapabagsak ang kanilang mga katunggali at makuha ang pagkakataong kumatawan sa kanilang koponan sa Area Meet 2026 na gaganapin ngayong Setyembre.

Magpapatuloy ang kompetisyon sa susunod na araw upang masaksihan pa ang iba’t ibang laro at makapaghatid ng mas matindi at kapana-panabik na mga laban. Inaasahang patuloy na paiigtingin ng bawat koponan ang kanilang paghahanda at determinasyon upang makamit ang tagumpay.

𝐒𝐉𝐍𝐇𝐒 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐲 𝐧𝐚 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐧

Matapos ang ilang araw na pagsuspinde ng face to face classes dulot ng Habagat, muling nabuhay at nagkaroon ng kulay ang San Jose National High School nang pormal na binuksan ang Sports Fest 2026 ngayong Biyernes, Agosto 21.

Dumalo at nakilahok sa pambungad na programa ang mga manlalaro, kasama ang mga coach, faculty, at mga magulang.

Pinangunahan at masusing inihanda ng mga g**o sa MAPEH Department ang programa upang maipakita ang husay, galing, at talento ng mga atleta sa iba't ibang larangan ng palakasan.

Layunin nito na palakasin ang pagkakaisa, disiplina, at pagpapahalaga sa sportsmanship ng mga kalahok.

Ang nasabing kaganapan ay tatagal ng tatlong araw (Agosto 21-23). Inaasahang magpapamalas ang mga atleta ng kanilang kakayahan at determinasyon habang isinasabuhay ang diwa ng maayos na kompetisyon at pagkakaisa.

Sinabayan ng mga hiyawan at palakpakan ang matagumpay na presentasyon ng mga muse at es**rt ng anim na grupo sa Opening Program ng Sports Fest 2026 na ginanap sa Bulwagang Andres Bonifacio, Agosto 21.

Nagsilbi ang aktibidad bilang masiglang hudyat ng pagsisimula ng tatlong araw na tunggalian sa iba’t ibang larangan ng palakasan.

𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓, 𝐃𝐄𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐍𝐄𝐗𝐓

The School-Based Deworming Program was successfully conducted in partnership with the Municipal Health Office of San Jose, which provided deworming tablets for learners. Prior to the activity, the TLE Department led a feeding program to ensure students had eaten before taking the medication. A total of 578 learners were successfully dewormed.

Pormal nang binuksan ang pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika 2026 sa San Jose National High School, tampok ang temang “Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon.”

Isang pagdiriwang ng wika, kaalaman, kultura, at makabagong teknolohiya tungo sa mas makabuluhang pagkatuto.

San Jose NHS continues to strengthen its commitment to providing a safe, clean, and healthy learning environment for the entire school community.

As part of its intensified dengue prevention efforts, the school first conducted a series of clean-up and environmental maintenance activities with the assistance of DOLE TUPAD workers. These efforts included the clearing of overgrown vegetation, removal of accumulated waste, and elimination of potential mosquito breeding sites within the school grounds.

Following these clean-up operations, and in coordination with the Provincial and Municipal Health Offices, San Jose NHS conducted a misting activity within the school premises to help reduce the mosquito population and minimize the risk of dengue and other mosquito-borne diseases.

Through the collective efforts of our school and community partners, we continue to protect the health and well-being of our learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, and other stakeholders.

Together, let us keep San Jose NHS clean, safe, and dengue-free!
