This three-day event, scheduled for May 12–14, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the ParSU - San Jose Campus, serves as a terminal professional development program for 𝟰𝙩𝙝-𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 of the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) and Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM) programs.

The program features a comprehensive curriculum focused on the signature hospitality standards of the Philippines. Key sessions include an in-depth orientation on the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence facilitated by guest speakers from the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 (𝗗𝗢𝗧), alongside specialized discussions on shipboard training and coordinating services led by representatives from 𝗔𝗹𝗽𝗵𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻. These sessions are designed to provide graduating students with a competitive edge and a deep understanding of industry expectations.

Throughout the duration of the activity, participants will engage in structured presentations, an open forum, and testimonial sessions aimed at bridging the gap between academic learning and professional application. This initiative, and through the collective efforts of the AHMS, TEA, and PFG underscores a commitment to fostering innovation, integrity, and the distinct spirit of Serbisyong May Puso among the next generation of hospitality and tourism professionals.

Election Format: Candidates have the option to run under a unified Partylist or as an Independent candidate.
Documentation: All aspiring leaders must complete the official AHMS application forms.
Timeline: The filing period runs from April 22, 2026, to April 29, 2026.

We are seeking dedicated student-leaders who are ready to commit to the AY 2026-2027 term. To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:
Academic Standing: Must maintain a minimum average of 2.70 in every subject from the semester immediately preceding the election.
Clean Record: No failing grades (5.0) or Incomplete (INC) marks throughout your university stay.
Conduct: No history of University disciplinary violations.
Exclusivity: Strictly No Double Org. Candidates must not hold positions in other accredited campus organizations or student publications.
