📢 UPDATE: IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE DCAT SCHEDULE AT OMSC
We have received an update from the DLSU Testing Team regarding the DCAT schedule originally set for November 23, 2025 here at OMSC. Based on their review of the current application turnout, they have decided to cancel this year’s DCAT administration in our venue.
While the exam will not push through as planned, the DLSU Testing Team remains hopeful for increased participation next year, and we share that same optimism.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Advisory for AY 2026-2027 DCAT Applicants

Be advised that the requirements for applications have been updated for the Regular Lane (Local and International), International Credentials Lane, Animo Lane, and ConnectEd Lane.

Note that the following are not mandatory at this stage:
1. Certificate of Good Moral Character (CGMC)
2. Secondary Scholastic Records (SSR)
3. Proof of Citizenship

🗓 Evaluation Period:

To guide you, here is a simple and student-friendly step-by-step guide on how to evaluate your teachers through the Pinnacle (AIMS) Student Module:

✅ STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO EVALUATE YOUR TEACHERS
STEP 1: Log in to the Student Module

• Go to the link provided above.
• Enter your Username, Password, and Birthdate to log in.

STEP 2: Start the Evaluation

• Once logged in, a notification will appear saying that the evaluation is now open.
• Click PROCEED to begin.

STEP 3: Go to the Faculty Evaluation Submodule

• You will see a list of your enrolled subjects, along with your teachers’ names and schedules.

STEP 4: Choose a Subject to Evaluate

• Click the Course Code of the subject you want to evaluate.
• A pop-up window will appear containing the evaluation questionnaire.

STEP 5: Answer All Questions

• Go through each page carefully.
• The system will not let you continue until all required items are answered.
• Be honest, fair, and respectful.

STEP 6: Write Your Comment

• On the final page, write a short comment for your teacher.
• This helps support your ratings and provide meaningful feedback.

STEP 7: Submit Your Evaluation

• Click SUBMIT EVALUATION once done.
• Reminder: You cannot change your answers after submitting, but you can still review them.

STEP 8: Repeat for All Subjects

• Complete the evaluation for each enrolled subject to avoid issues with grade viewing.

Note:
➡️Do it early to avoid system traffic.
➡️Answer thoughtfully—your feedback truly helps.
➡️Make sure you’ve evaluated ALL your subjects.

REMINDER:
Students who DO NOT complete their evaluations will be blocked from viewing their grades in the My Grades module. So make sure to evaluate early! ⏳
