Greetings!

Calling College, Senior High School, and High School Student in Western Visayas! The Philippine Librarians Association, Inc. invites students of public and private colleges and universities nationwide to join their Poster Making Contest, Graphic Novel Making, and Essay Writing Contest.

Entries may be submitted online to [email protected] as a JPEG or PDF attachment. Digital entries must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on September 7, 2018.

The winners will receive the following prizes :
1st Prize – P 5,000.00 and a Certificate of Recognition for the school
2nd Prize – P 4,000.00 and a Certificate of Recognition for the school
3rd Prize – P 3,000.00 and a Certificate of Recognition for the school

Winners will officially be awarded during the official opening of the 84th National Book Week on November 24, 2018, at the National Library of the Philippines.
