With heavy hearts, we mourn the passing of Sr. Angelica D. Navarra, rsc, someone who will always hold a special place in the hearts of SJAians and the people of San Jose.

As a long-time administrator and Principal of St. Joseph Academy, she was a significant figure whose leadership shaped SJA into the institution it is today.

The entire St. Joseph Academy community joins in grief as we remember a dear soul whose presence, kindness, and memories will forever remain with us. Though words can never fully express the pain of this loss, we find comfort in the beautiful memories she left behind and in the lasting impact of her life and service to others.

May the Lord grant Sr. Angelica D. Navarra eternal rest and welcome her into His loving embrace. May her soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen. 🙏

St. Joseph Academy extends its heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated nurses and staff of the RHU San Jose/ DOH- HRH for facilitating the awareness program with a theme "𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉𝒚 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒈 𝑶𝒏𝒆𝒔" for our Grade 10 students.

The program provided our learners with valuable insights on adolescent health, personal well-being, and responsible decision-making, empowering them to make healthy choices as they grow into responsible young adults.

The St. Joseph Academy community gathered in prayer and thanksgiving during the Holy Spirit Mass, presided over by Rev. Fr. Billy M. Quimbo and Rev. Brother Christian Castillo, entrusting the new academic year to God's guidance and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.

May the Holy Spirit continue to lead us in faith, wisdom, and service.

St. Joseph Academy successfully held its Parents’ Orientation, bringing together parents and guardians to learn about important school policies, programs, and activities for the upcoming school year.

The event also featured the election of the GPTA and HPTA officers, along with orientations on the ESC and SHS Voucher Programs for parents of Grade 7 and Grade 11 students.

We sincerely thank all parents and guardians for their active participation and unwavering support. Your partnership plays a vital role in helping our learners grow, thrive, and achieve success throughout their academic journey.

With grateful hearts, we celebrated the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus through a Holy Mass presided over by Rev. Fr. Billy M. Quimbo. This meaningful celebration reminded us of Christ’s endless love, mercy, and compassion.

As a school community, we honor the Sacred Heart of Jesus as the source of our faith and hope. The Reparatrix Sisters also renewed their vows, reaffirming their dedication to a life of love and service.

To prepare for the new school year, the school conducted a Students’ Orientation for Grade 7 learners, transferees, and returning SJAIANS.

Important school rules, policies, and reminders were discussed to help students understand their responsibilities and expectations. The orientation also encouraged learners to grow in both knowledge and good character.

The program became more enjoyable through energizers and intermission numbers presented by selected learners, faculty members, and SSC Officers, keeping everyone active and engaged.

The orientation served as a valuable guide in helping students begin the academic year with confidence and readiness.
