We proudly welcome Jay-R D. Pasion, LPT, MAEd, MBA, Assistant Professor/Lecturer at STI College – Novaliches, to the ERIO community!

Mr. Pasion is a dedicated educator and academic professional with a strong background in both business and education. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Marketing from Far Eastern University – Manila, where he developed expertise in areas such as new product development, brand management, advertising, market research, and client relationship management. He completed his Master of Business Administration at the University of Caloocan City in 2019 and later earned his Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Administration in 2023. He is currently pursuing his Doctor in Business Administration at Rizal Technological University, further strengthening his interdisciplinary expertise.

With over ten years of experience in both private and public education, he has taught a wide range of business-related subjects, including marketing, management, finance, and accounting. He has handled major courses such as Marketing Research, Advertising, Brand Management, and Feasibility Study, and has been actively involved in Integrated Marketing Communication Plan competitions to enhance students’ practical skills in advertising. He also serves as a Teacher III at Graceville National High School under the Schools Division of the City of San Jose del Monte, reflecting his commitment to both higher and secondary education.

His academic and professional journey highlights a strong passion for pedagogy, research, and the integration of business innovation into education, enabling him to develop industry-ready and research-oriented learners.
