ENROLLMENT FOR 1ST SEMESTER AY 2026-2027 | HEIMS PORTAL

📢 REMINDER TO ALL SUMMER 2026 ENROLLED STUDENTS

Please check and secure a copy of your Advising Slip through your student portal immediately after enrollment. Your Advising Slip serves as your official proof of enrollment and basis of your officially enrolled subjects.

Students are responsible for verifying whether the correct subjects are reflected in their Advising Slip, especially those who were assisted during enrollment due to portal concerns or system errors. Before proceeding to the Cashier’s Office for payment, students must first ensure that their Advising Slip is already available and that the enrolled subjects reflected are correct.

If a subject is not reflected in your Advising Slip, or if there are incorrect subjects listed, students must immediately coordinate the concern before payment and while the enrollment period is still open. Please be informed that subjects not reflected in the Advising Slip mean that the student is not officially enrolled in those subjects.

Please also be reminded that an announcement was previously posted stating that enrollment was only open until May 12, 2026, as advised by ICTO. Therefore, all enrollment concerns, corrections, and verification of enrolled subjects should have already been settled within the said enrollment period while the system access was still open.

For enrollment-related concerns, students must directly coordinate with ICTO regarding system access and enrollment concerns.

Paalala: Kapag hindi po kayo nakapag-enroll ngayong araw, ikinalulungkot po naming ipaalam na hindi na po muling mao-open ang enrollment. Ayon po sa advisory na aming natanggap, hanggang today lamang po ito pinayagang buksan. Maraming salamat po sa inyong pag-unawa.

GRADUATING STUDENTS | APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION FORM | BATCH 2026

Application for Graduation – Batch 2026 (Sarmiento Campus)

The submission of the Application for Graduation Form is now open until May 29, 2026.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM only.

Please ensure that all requirements are complete before submission. Thank you.

PETITION REQUESTS | SUMMER TERM 2026 | RE-SIGN

Re-signing of revised documents is extended until May 4, 2026 (Monday), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Cashier’s/Accounting Office.

Again, this extension is for RE-SIGNING of revised documents only.
