UAQTE Program Monitoring and Orientation at First City Providential Colleges

First City Providential College was proud to host the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office III (CHEDRO III) and UniFAST Regional Unit III for a monitoring visit and orientation for our student beneficiaries.

A total of 186 Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) grantees joined the session to receive key updates, review program guidelines, and address their concerns. Our administration is also actively coordinating with CHEDRO III to consolidate the list of grantees with pending Land Bank accounts to ensure smooth and timely processing for everyone.

We extend our sincere gratitude to CHEDRO III and UniFAST for their continuous dedication to supporting our students and keeping quality tertiary education accessible!

𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

The Commission on Higher Education Regional Office III (CHEDRO III), through its UniFAST Regional Unit III, successfully conducted the Monitoring Visit and Orientation for the beneficiaries of the Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (UniFAST) programs at First City Providential Colleges.

A total of 186 grantees participated in the orientation, where they were provided with important updates and guidance on the implementation of the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong Dunong Program (TDP). The activity also served as a venue to address beneficiaries’ concerns and reinforce their awareness of the policies, guidelines, and responsibilities under the UAQTE programs.

During the monitoring visit, the team coordinated with the institution regarding the status of beneficiaries with pending Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) accounts. The Higher Education Institution (HEI) was likewise advised to consolidate the list of all grantees with pending LBP accounts to facilitate appropriate coordination and ensure the timely processing of their accounts.

CHEDRO III remains committed to ensuring the effective implementation of the UAQTE programs and to bringing government educational assistance closer to every deserving Filipino student through continuous monitoring, coordination, and information dissemination.

​In response to the City Mayor’s announcement regarding the suspension of afternoon face-to-face classes, please be informed of the following schedule adjustments for today:
​📌 Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten levels will observe online synchronous learning.
📌 Early dismissal times have been set for the following:
• ​Grade 11 (12:00 PM)
• ​Grades 4 to 10 (1:00 PM)

​Please note that all offices will remain fully operational and open for student and parent transactions until 5:00 PM.
