Phones are now prohibited— DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026 states; Schools and CLCs shall prohibit the use of cellphones and other portable electronic devices by both learners and personnel during instructional periods.
This measure is intended to minimize distractions and maintain the integrity of the learning environment.

Some shanians usually bring their own phone due to pure entertainment, so this rule will help us be more focused during school and prioritize learning. This also helps us develop a more disciplined attitude and time management by reducing unnecessary screen time while in school— furthermore, by limiting phone usage, this encourages each students to cooperate and communicate with more people, making a better environment for the whole school

Precisely....

Preparedness is our STRENGTH.

As the first day of school began, many students were excited to learn, while some were not. However, what was supposed to be a good and exciting day turned into a disaster on June 8, 2026. A 7.8-magnitude earthquake struck Mindanao, causing damage to many schools, collapsing buildings, and leaving trauma among students who were eager to learn and meet new friends.

We would like to express our deepest condolences to the families of those who passed away because of this tragedy, and we wish a speedy recovery and good health to those who were injured.

May this serve as a reminder for all of us to be more prepared, as we never know when disasters may occur. Always prepare an emergency kit and stay alert at all times.

Pinapaalalahanan po ang lahat ng mga magulang at mag-aaral na ang pagbili ng school patches at PE uniform mula sa ibang tao o hindi awtorisadong nagbebenta ay hindi pinahihintulutan ng paaralan.

Nais po naming ipabatid na madali pong matutukoy kung ang mga ito ay nabili mula sa hindi awtorisadong pinagkukunan. Upang matiyak ang tamang kalidad at pagsunod sa mga alituntunin ng paaralan, hinihikayat po namin ang lahat na bumili lamang mula sa mga opisyal na awtorisadong supplier ng paaralan.
