🌷 TO OUR DEAR TEACHERS
Sometimes, I think of our school as a garden.
And each of you is a gardener.
You may not always see it, but every day, you plant something in the hearts of our students—a lesson, a kind word, a correction, a smile, a moment of patience, or simply the decision to believe in a child.
Not every seed grows at the same pace.
Some bloom quickly.
Some need more time, more care, and more patience.
And some may even make us wonder if they will ever bloom.
But you continue to water.
You continue to nurture.
You continue to show up.
And that is what makes you a teacher.
I know that being a teacher is not always easy. There are days when you feel tired, unappreciated, or unsure if what you are doing is making a difference.
But please remember this:
You may not always see the flowers you are growing, but your hands are shaping the garden.
Every student you encourage, every child you guide, every lesson you patiently teach, and every life you touch becomes part of the beautiful garden we are growing together.
Thank you for choosing to stay, to serve, and to grow with Spirit of Joy School.
I may be the one entrusted to lead this garden, but I cannot grow it alone.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
May we continue to plant with purpose, nurture with love, and trust that, in God’s perfect time, every seed we planted will bloom.
