It is with heavy heart and deep sadness to inform everyone that Mrs. Sylvia Sayco Delumen or Ma'am Sylvia as we all know has passed away last Sept. 23, 2021.

She inspired and had a big impact on the lives of her students. She was always been supportive in our every endeavor. She has left behind big legacy which extends beyond our Institution (DepEd Tayo - Francisco Homes Elementary School 107154). May we always remember all her teachings, sacrifices and advocacies.

Eternal rest grant unto Ma'am Sylvia, O Lord. And let your perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul rest in peace. Amen.
