Ipinagdiriwang ng Olive Grove School Inc. ang Buwan ng Wika 2026 sa temang:
“Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon.”

Sa makabagong panahon ng Artificial Intelligence, nananatiling matatag ang ating sandigan — ang Wikang Filipino. Nawa'y gamitin natin ang teknolohiya hindi upang limutin ang ating wika, kundi upang higit itong payabungin at ibahagi sa buong mundo.

𝐇𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐢𝐥 𝐬𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐚

Kinikilala ng tema ng Buwan ng Wika 2026 ang magkaugnay na papel ng wikang Filipino at artificial intelligence (AI) para sa makabansang gawain ng pananaliksik. Panawagan ito para sa responsableng paggamit ng AI habang tinitiyak na may makabuluhang espasyo ang Wikang Pambansa sa mga usaping may kinalaman sa mga umuusbong na teknolohiya at kaugnay na usaping pang-etika rito.

Itinuturing ang AI bilang kasangkapan para maiangat pa lalo ang kalidad ng saliksik na inihahandog ng mga Pilipino, unang-una, para sa mga kapuwa Pilipino. Habang kinakasangkapan ang AI, patuloy pa ring tinatahak ng wikang Filipino ang landas ng intelektuwalisasyon na magbubunga ng panloob at panlabas na pagbabago sa bansa. Sa ganitong paraan, kapuwa ang AI at wikang Filipino ay nagiging tulay na gagamitin ng mga Pilipino para sa kanilang pinapangarap na magandang búkas.

🇵🇭 WHAT IS NATIONAL DISASTER RESILIENCE MONTH?

Every July, we observe National Disaster Resilience Month in the Philippines by virtue of Executive Order No. 29, s. 2017.

This month-long observance aims to raise awareness on disaster preparedness, strengthen community resilience, and promote a culture of safety among Filipinos.

At Olive Grove School, we join the nation in building a disaster-ready and resilient community — because 𝗕𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮.
OGS successfully conducted an Earthquake Drill last July 16 and 17, 2026.

Through this activity, our learners and personnel practiced "𝗗𝗥𝗢𝗣, 𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥, 𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗗" and proper evacuation procedures to ensure everyone’s safety and preparedness.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made this activity possible:

𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵!

This July, let us celebrate the 52nd Nutrition Month with the theme, "Sa PPAN: Sama-Sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat!" and this year's sub-theme, "𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻, 𝗔𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗮𝗻!"

Good nutrition and a healthy environment go hand in hand. By making healthier and more sustainable food choices and protecting the environment, we help build food systems that can nourish both present and future generations.

Nutrition is everyone's responsibility. We invite every Filipino, government agencies, local government units, development partners, civil society organizations, academic institutions, and the private sector to join us in this year's celebration. Together, let us promote actions that support better nutrition, stronger communities, and a healthier planet.
