Subject: Donation request for the school’s 30th founding anniversary materials.
Dear Co-Alumni,Next month, starting 3rd of October until October 9th, our Alma Mater will be celebrating its 30th founding anniversary.
In lieu with this, several programs have been lined up for the whole Immaculatinian family to celebrate this big milestone. Currently, the school is in need of support for the materials that is vital for the success of 30th founding anniversary celebration including but not limited to:
• Sound system for the Battle of the bands, an event that is sponsored by the Immaculate Heart of Mary School Alumni Association
• Prizes for the Bingo Royal
We are appealing to your big hearts to provide sponsorship (which may be in cash on in kind) of the above-mentioned events to show our unity and support for our dear Alma Mater.
