Today, we extend our heartfelt Happy Teachers’ Day wishes to all our educators who continue to serve as a light and guide both inside and beyond the classroom. Your guidance, patience, and inspiration shape our minds, broaden our knowledge, and motivate us to take the first steps toward the dreams we hope to achieve.

Truly, you are among the heroes who help open our eyes to the possibilities that await us. Behind every profession we aspire to pursue are teachers who have helped shape the people we are becoming. Though each of you may have your own way of teaching, every teacher leaves behind a lesson, a word, or a memory that stays with their students.

Beyond the silence let courage grow and lead us where healing can flow.

The FCPC Psychology Society successfully conducted the insightful webinar “ALPAS: A Light Past All Silence, Change the Narrative” on September 24, 2026, in observance of Su***de Prevention Month.

With the guidance of our esteemed speaker, Dr. Shara May T. Espinol, the session emphasized the importance of recognizing warning signs, extending compassion to others, and seeking appropriate support when needed. The discussion was further enriched by the active participation of the attendees who raised thoughtful questions, shared personal insights, and reflected on the importance of creating spaces where individuals feel heard, understood, and supported.

As we continue to give importance to conversations on su***de prevention and mental health, may we remain committed to raising awareness and fostering hope, healing, and understanding within our community. 💚🎗️

A teacher, a mentor, and a mother so dear, whose guidance and kindness bring comfort and cheer.

The FCPC Psychology Program celebrates the special birthday of our beloved Program Coordinator, Ma’am Luisa Valderama! 🎉🎂

Beyond being a teacher who shares knowledge inside the classroom, she is someone who leaves a lasting mark through her kindness, patience, and genuine care. For many students, she is more than an educator; she is someone who listens, guides, encourages, and makes us feel seen and valued.

What makes her even more special is the gentle presence she brings wherever she goes. Just like her sweet voice, there is a softness in her soul that brings warmth and comfort to everyone around her. Her words may be simple, but the kindness behind them stays with us.

Through the years, she has become not only a teacher, but also a mother figure to many students. Thank you for being our source of comfort, wisdom, encouragement, and strength, and for making the Psychology community feel a little more like home.

With all our hearts, we celebrate the birthday of our OAC President, Allijah! 💜

You are one of the people who remind us that being a student leader is not only about taking the lead, but also about having a sense of purpose and being people oriented in every organization you become part of. You lead not only for yourself, but also for the people around you, working toward shared goals, inspiring others, and representing students who strive to make a difference. Through the way you listen, your presence is felt, reminding us that leadership can also mean understanding, guiding, and being there for others.

Through every activity you organize, you encourage us to become more engaged, participate, and, most importantly, remember to enjoy the college journey along the way. You also show us the importance of unity within an organization, where everyone works together, contributes their time and effort, and moves toward a shared purpose.
