โ€‹Seeking help from anyone around NWSSU San Jorge Campus! A pink wallet was lost today following this schedule/timeline:

โ€‹7:00 AM โ€“ 8:00 AM: Hanging out across from the canteen (tabok han canteen).

โ€‹Before 8:00 AM: Visited the canteen to buy a blue ballpen.

โ€‹8:00 AM โ€“ 10:00 AM: In the Extension area.

โ€‹After 10:00 AM: Went back to the canteen for about 30 minutes before heading home.

โ€‹Notice of Loss: Realized the wallet was missing when paying for a sidecar ride home.

โ€‹Item: Small pink wallet with zippered compartments (as shown in the picture)

LOST MONEY - Assistance Requested
โ€ŽA sum of โ‚ฑ23,600, intended for the purchase of intern uniforms and held on behalf of a student group, was discovered missing on the morning of August 29.
โ€Ž
โ€ŽThe amount is believed to have gone missing sometime between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM on August 28, during a series of activities that included time spent at the library, the flagpole area, the canteen, the ROTC office and kitchen, and the clinic.
โ€Ž
โ€ŽIn a separate incident within the same timeframe, โ‚ฑ500 belonging to a fellow student also went missing.
โ€Ž
โ€ŽAnyone who may have seen, found, or have information regarding this missing amount is kindly requested to come forward. All information will be treated with confidentiality, and no questions will be asked upon return.

The Institutional Supreme Student Council (ISSC) of Northwest Samar State Universityโ€“San Jorge Campus will convene a Student Consultative Assembly on Friday, August 14, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Campus Covered Court.

The assembly is organized to provide students with a formal avenue to express their insights, suggestions, and concerns in preparation for the upcoming Acquaintance Party 2026. It seeks to encourage active student participation in the planning process and ensure that the event reflects the interests and collective voice of the student body.

The consultation will focus on the following agenda:

All students of NWSSU-SJC are encouraged to participate and contribute their perspectives during the consultation. Students are excused from their classes during the scheduled assembly to allow them to attend and take part in the discussions.

Through open consultation and collective decision-making, the ISSC aims to strengthen student representation and ensure that the upcoming Acquaintance Party becomes a meaningful and inclusive experience for the entire Norwesian community.
